2000 Banyan Open

Wachusett Country Club -- the site of this year's Banyan Open rescheduled forOctober 12th in the afternoon.
Important: Please RSVP to Roy whether you can play or not on the new date.

It will be a shotgun start at 12:00 for up to 80 people. The $85 price will include 18 holes, cart, hospitality on 1st & 10th tee(fruit, snacks, soda), sit-down style dinner and prizes. More info on the menu for dinner to follow.

As always, the Open is not restricted to Banyan personnel so talk to your friends quick!

Message from the Organizer:

I would like to get a list of the teams and a down payment per team of $40, which leaves a balance of $300. Each team will have a captain and they will be responsible for getting me the list of players in their foursome, collecting the money and sending me a check. I don't want partial payment, I want one check from each team. It is much less confusing this way, believe me... If you don't have a team, let me know so I can set you up with a team that isn't full yet.

Payments are due no later than September 1st. This doesn't mean waiting until Sept 1st to send me a team check. I will accept $$$ anytime from here on in. Please send me your team member name's as soon as you can, so I can have an idea of how many will be playing.

You must also send menu preferences (Prime Rib or Chicken) for each person in your group -- if I don't hear from you, I'll assume you want Prime Rib.

Prizes will be awarded for the following:
- Longest Drive
- Closest to the Pin (multiple holes)
- Most Accurate Drive
- Longest Putt
- Winning Team (lowest gross - 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Hardest Working Team (highest gross)
- Misc Awards (TBD)
